About CourseThere are countless opportunities to capture and share photos throughout the ReStore, construction site, and more! However, so often we struggle with getting the "perfect shot." Join Habitat Texas and Annalise on June 16th to get some great tips for taking those “picture is worth a thousand words” shots. Annalise Kaylor is the staff photographer and multimedia producer for Habitat For Humanity International and will be sharing her expertise on taking great photos for your affiliate, the importance of “legacy” photos for your regular volunteers, working with pictures taken by others, and other topics. About the Instructor: Annalise Kaylor is a staff photographer and multimedia producer for Habitat For Humanity International. Based in Atlanta, Annalise travels on assignment for Habitat both around the United States, and she’s told Habitat stories from Poland, Zambia, India, and other countries around the world. Prior to joining the photo-video team for HFHI, Annalise was an independent documentary photojournalist whose work has appeared in CNN, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, The Washington Post, Southern Living, Marriott Traveler, and more. Primarily covering law and politics, Annalise has photographed three U.S. Presidents, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and former U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates. Annalise is a member of the National Press Photographers Association, North American Nature Photographers Association, and the Professional Photographers of America.
