A major part of Habitat’s operations is Homeowner Services. A successfully implemented Homeowner Services program sets your affiliate up for success for the entire length of the mortgage – 15, 20, or 30 years! For the long-term health of an affiliate, few areas have greater impact. Throughout this six-week program, participants will dive into the various areas of homebuyer support and post-purchase services. Hear from experts in their fields as you learn about generational poverty, conflict resolution, finance basics, housing plus, and more!

Habitat Texas’ Certificate of Homeowner Services will occur over six weeks, meeting each Friday from 9 am-4 pm CST (with an hour break for lunch). The curriculum was designed by Michele Burns, with support from individual instructors.

This course will benefit those who work directly with home buyers and homeowners, while developing leadership skills and techniques.
